Subway

I recently visited the local Subway restaurant and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! I used their app to order my food and picked it up. The process was so convenient and hassle-free. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made my experience even better. The food at this Subway is always fresh and delicious. I love the variety of options available, and how I can customize my sandwich to my liking. The app makes it so easy to customize orders and amounts of each. Overall, I highly recommend this Subway location. The convenience of their app, the friendliness of their staff, and the deliciousness of their food make for a truly 5-star experience. I will definitely be back again soon!

Ordered online, and they forgot to add the meat portion to one of my salads, I hadn't noticed. The staff called a few mins after I picked up my food. And when I came back to get my order fixed, they made a new batch. I live out of town so the fact they called right away and corrected the issue, was fantastic! Great Customer Service!! Thank you!

It's trying to post for the Cranbrook BC location and we have been there also and they are consistently good .. but I went to the Kimberley BC store last and that's where my review is for this time. After some bad visits in the last few months this was the best Subway experience in awhile, great portions when I said "lots of" pickles, olives etc. they definitely gave it to me. Thanks for getting it done!
