The most surprising thing about this Wendy’s is how it has 3.5 stars. It has to be Wendy’s plants who artificially inflate the rating. 20+ minute on the drive thru line at 2:00 on a Sunday? Give me a break. This is disrespectful to Dave Thomas’ memory. You should be ashamed.

Meh. They promise hot and crispy fries, but mine were warm and soggy. And they seem to only take one order at a time. Then wait till that car leaves to take the next. Not sure why these places can keep decent staff. Guess the quality fast food industry is dead

I made a mobile order before I even got to the store. And I still waited in the parking lot for over an hour, and even after waiting for an hour, I didn't get my complete order. 4 vehicles left the drive thru line beefsteak the wait was so long. There were more than enough staff. But, I'm very displeased. I typically enjoy meals from this restaurant, but I'm not sure if I'll be going back. The staff was so unprofessional and rude.

The dude at the drive thru was cool, he said welcome to good burger and asked if I wanted pie. I only came for the strawberry frosty but ended up spending 12 dollars. Not sure what to say for a fast food review

I ordered from this Wendy’s via Ubereats and they messed up my order. Instead of giving me what I wanted, they gave me one less cheeseburger and my 6 piece nuggets was missing 2 of the nuggets.
My order wasn’t difficult to understand or process. There is no reason for my order to have been messed up. Whoever fixed the order needs to get it together and PAY ATTENTION!!!

The food got done pretty quickly. Their biggie bags are a great deal!! The drink machine was pretty dirty, and the main floor mat in the dining area was super sticky.

I have never been in a dirtier Wendy's. There was no toilet paper in the ladies or men's bathroom. The drink machine had to many dried on splashing to have just been from recent use. The condiment counter was extremely disty. Windows and floor corners hadn't been cleaned in a while. It seems to be common these days to be short staffed but being dirty cannot be overlooked. Chocolate shakes and fries were great.
