We ordered via waitr. They accidentally forgot to put my husband’s dish with our order. Thankfully our driver asked if I would check my order to make sure it’s all in there. I called the restaurant to let them know my husband’s order was missing. They explained it was at the restaurant. My driver was kind of enough to pick up my husband’s order and bring it to us. The food was very good though.

Fresh and delicious! Very affordable if you resist the temptation to drink Mexican cokes. Very kind service, willing to explain the menu if you have questions. The food is great quality AND quantity, presented well. A very nice place to go if you're tired of Carettas and want filling and original food. I asked about the drive-thru, they request you call ahead because the food is made fresh to order.

My wife is Cuban and I am from Texas...so I have eaten at scores of restaurants but I don’t know if I have ever eaten Honduran food. I knew there would be plantains but I was not sure what else.
Had a chicken dish. It was very good—-I was not sure how it would taste with shredded cabbage on top....but it was great!!!
I ate during an off time and there were still people eating. The mast majority repeat customers.
Good restaurant in Covington, Louisiana!!

Came from Florida on a travel team for a month. Couldn’t find a decent place to eat around here someone from the hotel I was staying at recommended this place and thank the lord I came. Hands down best place in Covington. Excellent food and prices. If you are around gotta come here. I ordered the pork chops, rice and beans, salad and fried plantains. I’m in heaven

Oh. My. GOODNESS!!!! - To whomever is reading this review, stop right now and order from this place. Order anything! It’s ALL DELICIOUS! You won’t regret it. Everything is seasoned to perfection and cooked FRESH! I ordered a side flour tortilla thinking I would get a store bought tortilla… nope. It is a HUGE freshly made authentic tortilla! This place is PHENOMENAL!

This was our first time ordering from Baleadas Express but it won't be the last. Everything was so fresh and delicious. I can't wait to try more. The price was phenomenal, my husband did say that it took 10 minutes longer then Waitr initially estimated but that's not even a problem.

What a fantastic gem of a restaurant. Tried Baleadas a couple of months ago for lunch with a co-worker, brought my boss, who brought his family. DELICIOUS doesn't come close to describing the food. Cooked fresh every time! The owner and staff, more than wonderful and kind. From the fried plantains, to the Honduran Tacos, to the Cuban sandwiches.
I'll be back again and again and again!
