The Corby Urgent Care Centre is corbys equivalent of a hospital sadly and it's badly underfunded and understaffed however I came in because my oxygen levels were dangerously low and then I was sent to see the staff immediately and they were lovely with me but I could tell that there just aren't enough staff to deal with the number of patients they had. They quickly sorted an ambulance for me and I was treated. Thank you to all the staff who were there to assist me on that day, it was very scary but im glad I made it.

I had to be seen fairly urgently yesterday due to no appointments available (again!) at my medical practice in Oakham. This was the first time at the centre and by far the BEST NHS service I have had in a very long time. The receptionist, my triage nurse and Docter were all so freindly, genuinely compassionate, and very professional with good diagnosis and outcomes. The wait time was very quick for the type of centre and service it offers and they had enough staff on who seemed to be working at an effective pace. Great work to all the team, example of a well run system x

This care unit is the most professional, friendly place I have visited. From reception staff. Doctor and x-ray staff were so good and I was treated with the utmost care and concern. Hands down one of the most efficient running NHS services i have been to. Attended twice within a month and don't have a complaint to make, wait times will always depend on how busy they are but from my experience everyone working there is always working fast and effectively. My Doctors surgery put me in for an ECG to be done at the doctors and an x-ray at Corby urgent care. The urgent care rang the same day to book an appointment which was in 3 days, the appointment went without issue and i've still not even heard from my doctors about the ECG. Could not recommend this service enough.
