Came here for dinner before a concert at UPMC Events Center right around the corner and had no complaints. I had a pretty big order and it was actually done by the time I got to the second window and I didn’t have to wait. Fries were fresh and the burgers were great.

Literally got home to eat my chicken sandwich and this is just ridiculous to be serve buns with black mold on them. Not going here for lunch anymore, after going here for 3 years now.

I havent been back here in a while and I decided to get a chicken sandwhich here. This was tge worst chicken sandwich I have ever had in my life. It was abysmal! Maybe it was a bad day there,idk but stay away from there chicken. Pic is below
Previous review:Went and got there promotional 2 for $10 meal deal. Which includes 2 whoppers, 2 small fries and drinks. Food was delicious, the BK was clean and the workers were friendly. Will be back

My food was cold, i had to go back and returned it to get my food remade , it wasn't great either .

We had received the wrong order at the aliquippa location, and hadn't checked our bag. My son was so disappointed to see a whopper in place of his french fries.
Naturally we stopped additionally to re order at the moon location.
We told manager lori what happened and she was more then happy to fix the mistake. Wonderful customer service, she changed our whole experience for the day! Thanks Lori!
