Slow. Long line. One person working. The Starbucks up the street was closed and redirected to Safeway location. That location did not have hardly any coffee, no Expresso, etc... Came here instead. Nice staff, just slow.

With no one else around and no other orders being made, you'd think we'd get great customer service. 2 minutes later 1 of the 2 employees finally stopped what they were doing although they both saw us walk up. There was no..."hey how are you" or "we'll be with you in a moment". Then, the employee that made my cappuccino did not know how to work the machine. Clearly, they both need training.

Pleasantly surprised to find this location has breakfast sandwiches even though it's inside of a King Soopers!

Bad customer service. Got turned away TWICE now. First time, the lady there tells me up front that she has another drink to make and can't take my order. Today, TWO people were working there, the girl tells me that she's making another drink now and can't take my order, the guy is doing nothing, but also doesn't take my order. I won't be back. There's a better Starbucks up the road. And yes, I called customer service and talked to a manager.

Nice convienent location. Baristo was quick and efficient. Well stocked in grocery store shop. Area was clean and well organized. Ample walkways, and attracts a nice cross section of the community.
