Subway

my husband and I went into the Columbus subway on sunday, as we walk in we were greeted very nicely. 2 younger kids, one young man with a green shirt and a younger lady with a black subway shirt. They made the food fast and quick with great customer service. while we ate inside there was a older gentleman that was struggling to get out his car and while walking to the front door is was having a hard time getting up the step/ being able to open the door. The younger kid in the green shirt walked over to the door and assisted the older gentleman inside the building. Some of the best customer service i’ve witnessed. All of the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Recommend this place to anyone!!

I stop frequently at this location. As with any fast food restaurant, friendliness can depend on the staff at work, but I must comment about a 40'ish year old man working there on a recent busy lunch rush. I wish I knew his name. He was amazing taking care of different customers with different hands flawlessly. He was like a sandwich octopus (in a GREAT way!) I wanted to talk to him and compliment him when I was done eating, but he was still busy, lots of customers, and multitasking, so I didn't want to distract him. I hope I recognize him again!!!! He is the BEST Subway employee I have ever experienced.

The customer service and sanitation at this subway is absolutely HORRIBLE! One time I had to ask an employee to stop making my sub because she was was bleeding under her glove with no band aid on and she seemed as if she was offended by my request! Then today I actually had an employee get mad at me and walk away, not giving us a receipt or bagging our subs because we asked him not to charge us extra cheese because one of our subs we ordered without! (We have been ordering this way for years) Just rude and mean people! If Columbus had more options in town I definitely would stop eating here! Be careful going here for sure!
