The server "Rose" and the food was good. The girl at front desk was not friendly and rude. The manager was not helpful. Disappointed by the way we were treated.

I ordered online. Was told a time order would be ready arrived early.. Didn't get food for another 15 min with out side. Had to wait. Got home ready to eat.. Ordered extra sauce for ribs.. There was no extra. Plus the sauce they did put on barely covered the meat. Received 2 things I stated I didn't want the Cole slaw. The runner brought the food out said I needed to pay. Order was paid online? Know before you take to customer what's in bag n what's needed from customer.. Just poor service all around

Stopped here for a to go order while driving through. I was pleasantly surprised. The food was prepared correctly and tasted good. 👍👍

Stopped here for lunch with a coworker. We waited for a good 10 mins before our waitress came but they seemed a little short staffed so that's understandable. The food was great but the waitress could've done a bit of a better job clearing the table when she would check on us. Appetizer came out before our drinks did too. Bathrooms also weren't very clean

I went in there with my family today around 330. They told us it would be just a minute....now over 20 minutes later and still sitting in the lobby. There were only 3 tables with people at the in the whole restaurant. 3 waitresses, 2 were working and one was standing in front of the bar talking on her phone but they apparently had trouble accommodating a table of 6 again with only 3 tables having people. Ive been here several time with no issues so I don't know what the deal was today but they had no interest in seating us

This place is absolutely terrible. The restaurant was dirty and the manger didn’t seem to know what in the world was going on. We waited to be seated for over 15min when the place prob had 4 families seated. Many of the waitresses stood around doing nothing using foul language. Once we was rated by the “manger” who ever he was with a bottom shirt, didn’t know who our serve would be. After seated we watched the waiter in our section stand around and talk for over 10min then just walked passed us and started cleaning tables. Another waitress went to go clean tables and said nothing to us. So after being there there for almost 30min while the place was empty we got up and walked out. I have never been at an Applebee’s like that. Such poor character in their waitresses and waiters and the manger was clueless. Do not go here!

The Philly cheesesteak is to die for. Hands down the best I've ever had......with a caveat, apparently. I was told by two separate customers at two separate tables that the food is really good if you're there around the lunch hour. But don't come back and expect the same quality for the dinner hours. I guess I'm just forwarding that to management. See you at lunch.
