I'm eat at KFC at least twice a week the store on East broad Street sometimes the chicken is like old and the fries are soggy I did ask him to let him put just a little while longer and then they did they were too hard at times I go there and ask for a pot pie and they never have it so I quit asking for it the store but it's okay store I'd rather go to the one on main st

Everything was good, I was confused on the 16 piece meal, your suposed to get 4 large sides, I only received 3. And if the menu has changed, (as i was told) It should reflect that change on the outside menu, not just for the cashier to see. Visited again today 4\3\2023 the food was ok I guess, the bowels are skimpy, and the biscuits wer ridiculously solid hard, not impressed by the service

They food was good, but customer service is horrible. Rushong me to order, no greeting when I pulled up, sound mad.
I said thank you and..nothing back. Took my order, and made me pull off to the other side of the building for them to prepare my meal. It took 30mins. There was 4 other vehicles waiting for their food as well. 😥

This location has turned around! Came for dinner today at 630. Fairly large order for my family, service was great, drive through was fast. All the food was hot and fresh. Nothing had been sitting you could tell. Amazing experience and food was soooo good!
