Fast and friendly service. The only issue I've ever had is at night; any time I've stopped through past 8/830 - they always claim the systems down and they can't take any orders🤷♀️

Employees are comforting and helpful. I don't like there dine-in hours, because the McDonald's closes the dine-in very early. ....like 6 or 7. Other than that staff and menu is great. Would recommend

We had been to a play at Schiller Park. We needed to use a restroom and get a drink for our ride home. The manager had already closed the lobby but, seeing our teen run from door to door (he really had to go), came running over to let us in and took our order as well. I would stop here every time!! Btw, they got slammed with a $100 order right at closing, but the couple of employees just kept plugging along... cheerfully. They were amazing!!

I visit this location 2-3 times a week on my way to work. Regardless if there is a line near the road or only one car ahead of me the service is fast. The manager, Chrissy, is always professional, speedy and has a kind tone when she speaks, and I have heard how rude some people speak to her. Since the beginning of the pandemic, it seems they may be short staffed but it is clear Chrissy runs a tight well oiled ship. The food quality is NEVER bad as well. Kudos to her and her staff!

This fast-food restaurant was a short walk from my motel so I walked down to see what they had. The Grimmace Shake, which was popular in much of the country, had not arrived there for some reason. The next morning I had tried to get breakfast but missed the cutoff and could only get a coffee.

The morning crew are wonderful. I work the night shift, everyone greets me with a smile, and well wishes for the day.
I stop on my way home most mornings, and they are always helpful, and friendly.
It means a great deal when people take the time to be nice.
