Stopped by on a morning walk for a beverage, and the staff was really receptive and kind. They were laid back but hard working. I also love their staff's social presence and sense of humor. Made my day.

The team opening the Easton location on 6/8 were SO kind and took my gluten/wheat allergy seriously. They changed their gloves countless times to ensure no cross-contact and really made me feel like they took care to give me a safe experience. Thank you guys, you are awesome!

This was my first time eating at this restaurant. But the food was excellent. The manager and staff where nice. Easton Town Center is where I ate my meal. I will go back.🥰😜😋

Usually good burgers and fries. Pretty quick on the prep. The atmosphere is a Mall here. Pretty nice one though.

I go here frequently, maybe 2-3 times a month. Food is always very tasteful, hands down one of the best burger places in Columbus! The young men that work there are also very well trained. The young tall dark skinned man is very nice, he has "wonderful" customer service. The other young man, (might be Asian not sure) he is also very nice and patient. Over all a good experience every time I go, although sometimes the fries are REALLY salty, kind of tasting like my sweat after a good work out.

Not sure his name but the guy at the register had a great personality. Funny, outgoing, and saluted people as they left telling them to have a great night. Need that kind of energy among the rest of the crew they were way too serious.

Goods always good when we come and service was always great ...... but now you have a chick to worried about flirting with the guy making the burgers she can't do her job right. Thanks for the cold food.

The veggie burger I had was awesome. I highly recommend it to vegans and vegetarians. My burger consisted of grilled mushrooms, onions, and green peppers extremely tasty.

5 star rating on the staff, they are always super nice and happy to see me. Cajun fries are amazing and you get a good portion.
1 star rating on pricing lol.
Prices have been hiked substantially 3 times in the 3 years I've been at this mall and honestly I stop in now and then to see when a single patty crests the $10 mark as it has gone from the $4 range to mid $6 range in such a short time.

I always love going to five guys. Their burgers and fries are to die for. Those with gluten restrictions can enjoy to just have to ask for a bowl instead of a bun.
