Went to enjoy a Sunday dinner....was informed before I ordered that they didn't have any silver ware....only chopsticks. No wonder they weren't busy. If managed properly, how does a restaurant run out of a key item like silverware?

This location has gone so downhill. Rangoons are burnt, entrees taste completely off, rice is burnt and in clumps of unchewable fried together rice, and much more. I used to go to this location all the time, and I’m starting to never want to go again. This is what I expect now from this location.

Great experience place was very organized, because corporate showed up during our visit. Hope the service and food quality is the same next visit.

Chow mien is mostly vegetables that taste bitter.

Bought mine a little after 5 pm. Must have been on the warmer since lunch. When I go home it was a glob of goo, it was awful and threw it away.

I have only been to this location a few times. First time it was OK. 2nd time still OK. Went today and this is what I got. I got a plate with thw sweet fire chicken and honey walnut shrimp and chow mein. Only got 3 pieces of chicken and mostly onions in the chow mein which I'm not a fan of (pics below). Plus the guy at the window wasn't real friendly. Im done with you panda express.

The service is bad overall and I blame management because it wasn't always awful. In fact I had to switch my review from 4 to 1 stars because it the service has declined substantially

Order a plate to go. Portion sizes very inconsistent. Got home and opened my box to be greeted with this. Foods fine, but this is, this is upsurde. I ordered a plate with TWO sides of orange chicken. This looks like a bowel with extra half scoop of rice... thanks Panda Express. Bonus points: they're soft drink machine was down too, but that's okay I got water.
