I did visit this subway in cobleskill and as I was ordering my sub I notice that the lettus and tomatoes had started to dry out only to see there was ice forming on a few of the containers in the cabinet.and I could see that the same cabinet could have been cleaned a lot better.I won't be visiting no more.

Keegan is a rockstar sandwich artist. Would go back just for his service. His partner on toppings was top notch as well. Just bummed this location doesn’t take the coupons. What can we do to fix this in order to not hurt customer loyalty?

I had a friend pick up my online order. The cashier gave him someone else’s order and had him pay. When I called to straighten it out, she advised me that this is why she does not have her boyfriend do things for her because they don’t know what we order. My name is very unique. There should not have been any mistakes for anyone grabbing an order under my name! Very unprofessional and could have been 100% avoided.

Visited for lunch after exploring Howe Caverns as I ordered a steak & cheese. And it came out tasting great. Employees set up my sandwich very well & quick. As well as the eating area was well maintained. Subway prices seem a bit high but that's not to put blame on the workers at this specific spot. Would definitely visit again if I'm in the area!

Not thrilled that I had to pay for a bottle of soda because their fountain was broken, but overall a good experience.

Keegan was a breath of fresh air. He was very energetic, upbeat, and took pride in what he was doing. Very friendly and personable. Got the steak and cheese sub, was delicious.

The manager was nice and a good conversation. Rest of staff was energetic and personable. Extremely attentive to there customers and made a very good sub. Kudos to these guys and girls
