Dunkin'

Very rude staff at the drive through window, wasn't even done ordering and says okay your total is so and so drive on up and we go we weren't done ordering, kid at the window goes you and finish at the window. So i left my order there and they can deal with it. Absolutely should not have to finish my order at the window when theu weren't busy. Won't return again.

My wife is allergic to tropical fruit and was assured that the Peach refresher was just peach. She took one drink and her mouth immediately went numb and started itching. She's lucky that her allergy isn't life threatening, others are not so lucky. You need to train your employees on the ingredients included in your beverages, especially when specifically asked about the contents and assuring someone that there is only peach. Not peach AND passion fruit.

Horrific, gave this location numerous chances again and again, only went like once a week at that. Today I waited 20 mins for my order, was 1 of 2 cars in line, and the workers were rude. To top it off they literally sold me a watered down coffee with tea bags in it, and cream cheese bagels completely covered. Not even close to my order, Worst experience of my life...

Continues to be the worst dunkin around. Ordered my son a door dash from here a couple weeks ago while I was working on his birthday. They forgot his coolata. I called them about it and they said they were sorry but they can't send another driver so just let them know next time we order and they will give us a free one. Today I ordered a bagel with extra cream cheese (because if you don't order extra they give it to you with 25% of the bagel having cream cheese EVERYTIME) I got it back on my way to work and it has about 25% of the bagel with cream cheese on it. Edit: Adding to this post 3 weeks later to mention their hot chocolate machine has been broken for almost a month now. Not sure why it's so hard to replace a machine that literally combines chocolate powder and hot water but not surprised with this Dunkin
