Placed an online order and got home and it was incorrect. Rashad was very rude in handling the situation. Insinuated that I was not telling the truth since they “don’t have a sandwich to that description.” Offered to send pictures he got upset and stated, “I’ll just refund the sandwich” and proceeded to hang up in my face.

Terrible. The cashier got my order wrong. Added a soup I didn't order, it was refunded by the manager who acted like it was the worst inconvenience of the night. When the girls brought the meals mine was incorrect and I told them about it. They gave me my side, and I told them what sandwich I ordered. I heard them at the counter telling the manager about it. The Manager never came to check on us or apologize for the confusion or clarify what I ordered. The rest of my party finished their meals and i sat there waiting for a sandwich that never came. We've eaten here several times and we've always had a great experience. The manager tonight sucked and it reflected on all the employees and service. We watched at least 3 other customers have orders incorrect or have long wait times for their order. It's easy to notice a lot when you're waiting for food that was never going to be delivered. The floors we nasty and they didn't clean under the tables either. Sincerely, Karen
