Did mobile order for noon. Entered the store at 1150 and took a seat. At noon other orders were completed and picked up and everyone disappeared. I approached an employee and asked if they had received my mobile order for pick up. She went to look and came back to say yes we did, "I'll check you in." No one else checked in. Why did I need to check in?

Taco Tuesday baby!! Who doesn’t love free tacos!!! I ordered the $5 Chalupa Craving Box which included a Chalupa Supreme, Crunchy Taco, Beefy 5-Layer Burrito and Cinnamon Twists, plus your choice of medium drink. I couldn’t eat all that so I brought home what was left for my hubby!! Plus it was taco Tuesday so I had an extra taco! Win-win!! Where can you eat for $5!!! No brainer!!

Came here recently and was very surprised how awesome the service was. My cashier for the drive thru was Gabriel. Friendly, fast, and the food tasted great! Will return to this location.

The cashier was nice and my order was on time, that's why it's 2 stars and not 1. My complaint has to do with those that prepared my order. No care in it whatsoever. Just plopped a scoop of beans on all 5 of my tostadas and didn't bother to spread them out. Beans were dry and very little cheese. And my cinnamon twist wasn't filled correctly. Very disappointing.
Update: I just visited again yesterday and it was a very pleasant experience. My tostadas were perfect. The best part is the cashier, Diana. If Taco Bell corporate has any sense, they will put this women in charge of training in customer service. With how polite and kind she is, I won't be surprised if someone snatches her up for their company. I upped my rating from 2 stars to 5 because of her. Thank you Diana for making me and the other customers feel welcomed!

The food is good for the price, but the fries were skimpy. The order took over 10 minutes to fill. We ordered 4 of the $5 boxes, a chicken quesadilla, a nacho supreme, and a nacho fry!

Very good service and the best smile of the year, when you are served by Ms. Diane you fall in love with her pleasant treatment to the client.
