Dunkin'

Solid Dunkin’ Donuts. This is my go to Dunkin’ when the Pine Hill branch is mobbed. It is what it is! It’s literally down the street from it. One of the many things I love about south jersey is the fact that there is a dunkin’ and a wawa within 5 minutes or less wherever you are. I gave them 4 stars because they never put my shot of espresso in my coffee when I ask for it and they’re a little messy with the finished product! I don’t enjoy having coffee on the outside of the lid before I start drinking (who does??)

Honestly not a great DD store. One of the worst parts is their height clearance sign. The food is okay when they get it right and one of the female staff members come off as hostile/annoyed. One being what appears to be a manager. ANYONE WHO DRIVES LARGER VEHICLES READ THIS: Their height clearance says 9'0" however the driveway dips down a few inches when you pull out of the drive through window. If your vehicle is anything more than 8'5" do not attempt. Multiple vehicles have been damaged here and the staff will deter any attempt at communicating with you which includes the manager. Several co-workers have had this issue and the manager 90% refuses to cooperate with obtaining or giving your contact info or the owner's. They are aware of the issue but refuse to address it. The owner will attempt to get money out of your pocket for "damages" until you point out the height clearance issue.

I worked at dunkin for a long time. My husband came in for a moblie order. Never gave him a cup holder. He dropped a drink took them 25 mins to get it back to him. I pay 6$ for an iced cappuccino. They dont spin it down add any flavors. His coffee was also very dark no flavor. I returned all the food and coffee and got a refund online. Cant even buy food out anymore without being disgusted. The experience started off good. Then my daughter ordered for me. I wanted an egg cheese and bacon on crescent with grape jelly and cream cheese on the crescent. They handed my daughter the bag. She checked it and my sandwich was incorrect. No cream cheese on it or n the bag. My daughter asked for the cream cheese and the cashier got nasty. I sincerely do not like a lot of the cashiers at Dunkin Donuts!! I love the food not the attitudes!!! I have been to many Dunkin Donuts and have been disrespected. I would say borderline discriminated against.
