First off the menu doesn't have any prices on it at all except if you want to add anything to your plate, which is kinda sketchy.. they have a sign on the table letting you know that due to covid and shortage of staff they will be adding $5 surcharge to your ticket. The waitress we had wasn't the best, didn't pay attention to the smallest details which tells you she wasn't listening. The Turkey club sandwich I ordered, turkey was very overwhelmingly salty while the tomato basil soup was very tasty.

With taking into consideration the new normal of being understaffed, I still felt the service was lacking. We were not served rolls & not told they were out until I asked. We waited patiently while other tables received rolls, then just let it go. My "sweet" tea was not sweet & the portions were small on the Texas size chicken tender platter that my wife & I split. The kids meal was great though. Overall cleanliness was good. Just lacked attention to detail on wait staff & our simple requests. Again, I do understand the new normal. Our portions on the exact same food a couple months back were also better.

The meal was good not great. My aunt ordered a grilled chicken salad, they brought a grilled chicken sandwich. My chicken friend brisket was.... Different. Can't say I didn't like it. But it was different me.. Over food was good. Service was horrible. We saw our waitress when she took out order, brought our food, and brought our check. We had to ask a busboy and the other waiter it we needed anything. I'd go back and eat there again, but will yell my order out and I'll sit next to the waitress station.

I do not know how this place has a high rating the food was avg...available... wife's baked potato was cold...fries were cold...squash was cold...they were out of Ranch dressing....(um mgr should have went to HEB and bought the gallon until they got some...) Americans use ranch like ketchup...lol....the whole place was absolutely filthy...dont want to hear there was a RUSH excuse...you CLEAN AS YOU GO....the bathroom was filthy...I included pics of their kiosk...they all touched and then touch you plate...that thing hasn't been cleaned in forever....there was trash everywhere up under neath fixture, counters, cooler and so one....yes I used to own restaurants so I may be a lil harsh but I never got less than an "A" grade from the health dept in 20 years...no excuses
