Burger King

I came to the Burger King today and I asked for the new bacon whopper melt. The employee thought I just wanted the sandwich which was understandable so I said the meal please. I get to the window pay for my food (no recipe, but I throw them away anyway so no big deal). I open my food and I have a regular bacon whopper, so I go back. I went inside and explained to the employee who I assumed was the supervisor or manager .. he said “oh that’s what we (him and the other employees) were discussing… we didn’t know if you wanted the melt or the regular sandwich. So I thought to myself… we’ll it would have been nice if you would have discussed that with me so then I wouldn’t be back here.. but I kept that to myself. He said I’ll make it, I said ok and I said no onions please… he sounded a little irritated when he replied “I know”… so I let that go. He handed me the bag with my sandwich, and I asked for a small fry. I open the bag once more and there was a melt (not toasted) with no bacon. At this point I threw it all out. This is why I try to eat at home but I was out shopping and got hungry. I wouldn’t recommend this Burger King to a sewer rat!

The wait time in line was over 15 minutes. The staff doesn't try to give the customer the best deal, just pushing buttons. When you order things that are on special, make sure you get the special price. This is not always the case as the customer in front of me was over charged $28. I told the customer on the waiting area that he was overcharged. To the managers credit they did make it right.

First of all, I want commend the person who took and fulfilled my order, Nakiesha. She was very pleasant and helpful. I received my order and sat down. I checked my bag and there was no ketchup so I went to the front to get some and spoke to a manager. She informed me (rather off-hand) that they were completely out of ketchup packets. It is Memorial Day. I think they should ensure they are prepared for the next day’s business. I would have rated a ‘3’ due to her attitude, but Nakiesha was a ‘5’.

this is probably the first review i’ve ever left under anything and i just have to say, if i could leave 0 stars i definitely would. we put in a mobile order at 11:00pm (an hour before they close) and pulled up to the drive-thru waited a few minutes and nothing. so we decided to drive up to the window and we hear workers in the restaurant and one dude who didn’t look like he even worked there but was in the kitchen, looked us dead in the eye and walked into the bathroom. now im an understanding person and if they had to close early because of short staffing that is completely understandable. it’s the sole fact that we were blatantly getting ignored is what our issue was because if they were closed we needed our money back. that’s all.

There was no one in the restaurant and in the drive thru, the worker just kept telling me to wait. Another car pulled up and left behind out of frustration. When I asked the worker if I could order she snapped at me and made an excuse that she was taking all these DoorDash orders and the only one working. Like don’t take more orders on an app that you can’t handle.

Food wasn't as hot as I am accustomed to at Burger King. The rest room was clean and the staff was friendly. They were a little behind or maybe short on help. The dining room area could use a little bit of cleaning up. Had my food been hot they would have received four stars from me. Great job on keeping the beverage machine clean. That was a plus!

4tg time this has happened. I and others in front and then behind me waited finally get your order taken then when you get to the window (2) of the items one the soft serve machine they said wasnt freezing so I passed and then they were short staffed and the wait continued. Micky Ds is a block away . . . Just saying Management !!!
