Great looking place. Very busy but was able to get a seat right away and an attentive, welcoming service person. The fish tacos were awesome. The microgreens that topped the tacos were very fresh. I'll definitely return.

Not really a coffee person. But I ordered a toffee frappe. .. the most delicious drink I've ever had. Friends ordered yogurt split and cinnamon roll... they looked so fresh and delicious.

This was simply amazing! Service was great! The mimosas was amazing! We got bottomless and my favorite was the strawberry lemon! Food was hot and came out in big portions ! I will be getting the cinnamon roll waffle next time! The whip cream taste homemade! I live an hour away and will be making that drive!

Best cheese and pretzel sticks we’ve ever had. The unique soft drinks are excellent as well. Very friendly wait staff. Nice atmosphere.

Moved to Clare a year ago, and finally visited this cafe. Got a few different coffees to try, ALL were amazing. Decided to try soup and salad for lunch (Italian meatball and sunshine salad). Romaine in salad had crunch, the berries were impeccable and not mushy, soup was so good I ordered some to go. Price point is beyond phenomenal and service was great, everyone was friendly. I've worked in restaurants and survived on coffee for years, so I can be a tough critic, but this place has it together!! I'll definitely be recommending this place as well as being a repeat customer.

I've been here once before and the good experience we had the first time brought us back! First off let me say Clare is one of the most charming small towns I've been too, it's worth a stop even if you're just passing by... STOP! You won't be disapointed. So since you've stopped have a meal at the 505... Great service, (our server Liz was beyond great!) with that being said the food service was a little slow but not due to the service staff or kitchen... they were slammed, working hard and not stopping! The staffs friendliness never wavered despite the rush and we appreciated it! Great food and a bright airy historic atmosphere. Check out the 505 Cafe and the rest of Clare. Thank you Liz... we'll be back.

This place has delicious coffees and food! My mom and I stopped in quickly to grab some drinks and we are SO glad we did. My iced chai was sweet and balanced - it was like Autumn in a cup. My mom wasn’t sure what craft soda to get and the staff made some great recommendations based off her preferences. The real show stopper was the pretzels and beer cheese we ordered on a whim - we considered turning around and going back to order more!! Great find ☕️

Such a lovely place and meal. We are outside. We got a blueberry champagne mule and that was delicious! Also we ordered for lunch was the taste of Michigan salad and chipotle chicken wrap that was good but the wrap needed some more flavor was a little bland but overall was a lovely experience.

Parking is all parallel parking so be prepared 🤣. It can get busy in this street so you might have to look around for a spot
Cost is pretty average for breakfast. $26 for two.
I ordered the breakfast flatbread pizza, sausage...yummy!! I'm taking a couple pieces home to reheat tomorrow and I believe it will be just as delicious. Hubby order the croissant breakfast sandwich and the pesto aioli made the sandwich (he ordered extra bacon on it). The potatoes with it could have been a bit more crispy but we also didn't specify that. They'll crisp up when I reheat them tomorrow.
I just got regular coffee but it's a darn good cup of (endless) coffee. Hubby got an iced tea, also endless.
Service was friendly. Food came out a bit slow but we enjoyed the atmosphere here so not a big deal.
Great place for breakfast and the cocktail menu and other food items will certainly bring me back this way.
