Probably the best fast food dining experience I've ever had this morning. The gentleman who took my order was very chipper and made sure every detail of my order was correct, which it was. Very good start to our vacation with a very happy guy that deserves recognition.

The chicken nuggets tasted delicious even though they were not hot. The chocolate Frosty is always great! (The strawberry...not nearly as tasty, but still ok.)

We got spoiled chicken nuggets. They tasted straight up putrid. My kids and I were all disappointed. Do better Wendy's.

Asked if they sold chili cheese baked potato and got a bacon cheese and the worst. I didn't take a photo but small cup of chili was 3rd filled in cup and medium hot. And there new pub fries did not nor meet what the menu picture looked like. And kids meal was mediocre warm. And having to wait 5 min for it this evening. Get it together!! I once came through a month ago with a hot fresh delicious breakfast that impressed us!! Keep Your food Good!! Tonight was an ugly mess!! 👎

Ordered drive thru around 8:30 p.m. on 3/14/22. Live 15 min away, so checked my order before I drove off, everything was there. Unfortunately, I did not check inside sandwiches. Found at home, my Asiago Chicken sandwich still had plastic sheet attached to cheese. You can see in photo. Didn't know until I took a bite and wasn't driving back that late at night. Emailed company twice in a week and no response.

My loaded fries were unacceptable. Plain fries with a sprinkle of cheese & bacon. I had driven off before discovering it & didn't feel like going back.

Not sure what this slimy lettuce piece cost but it definitely was not what i expected on a 6.00 sandwich. It was disgusting and i am sure they knew it was when they placed it on my sandwich.
