Applebee's

Came here for my Fiancé’s Birthday dinner on a busy Saturday night. The wait was only 20 minutes. Our waiter was Austin, we loved him! He was funny and knew the menu. The food was EXCELLENT it came in a decent amount of time. Portions were so generous totally worth the money. It’s been a while since we’ve been here but we will be back soon. Totally wish they were open later such a great bar area and atmosphere. Other customers complained the restaurant was not open later unfortunately. Maybe they will open later for the holiday season.

Love Applebee's! We would always get their appetizer sampler. The only negative is that they have raised their appetizers quite a bit so even whenever it's half-price time , price is what the price would have been for the full price of an appetizer 10 or seven years ago. I understand raising prices but doubling it quite a bit. The artichoke dip was not near as good as we have had all the other times, for some reason this time it was different. The chicken quesadilla was great. I would love to see them bring back the potato skins. On rare occasion we will get dessert, the lava cake. 3 of us ordered it...it's the BEST place that you will ever find this kind of dessert. Oddly enough mine was the only one that did not have the lava chocolate in the middle all warmed up and pouring out once you got to the middle. So when I told the waitress, she did say that it was heated up but I have had it plenty of times and it's a heated it up then it only could have been heated up for maybe 10 seconds, plus the other two people that were with me, theirs looked normal just like and it always been the other times we would get it . The waitress took it back and stuck it in the microwave. of course it was good but instead of being able to cut into it and have it come out, instead whenever she brought it out it was literally poured out all over the plate kind of like somebody took Hershey's syrup or something and just squirted it , smearing it all over the plate. I do have to say to you that that dessert is too expensive. They shouldnt be charging $7 or $8 for it. I could see $5! And IF they did that then they would sell more of it it would make up for more than just the difference in the cost! We hadn't been there in a couple of years, so it was nice to return. They really should back down on inflating prices so much just like everybody else has and perhaps not just jump on the bandwagon inflating prices that mush just bc they can. I can understand raising prices a little bit not like they have. Things should not increase by dollar amounts, maybe by cents... Don't they know that even if they think they are doing well In business that whatever they feel is great now would in fact be MUCH batter for them if they did it increase things so much because it would bring in even more business?!

I don't like ordering food on apps because, in the past, I have not had great experiences. However, I used the online app from Applebee's and everything turned out great. All the food was made correctly with the correct adjustments. When we picked it up, food order was ready on time and warm (or cold) as appropriate. I would definitely try again. Only suggestion is for them to make special requests or adjustments available on everything easier to access.

Family dinner with my two brothers was fun, with lots of great food from Applebee's. Our waitress was amazingly efficient, funny, and fast with refills. We hardly needed to ask for anything...it just appeared at the table! It's staff like this that makes great family memories around the table possible. Well done!

I had written this restaurant off but I gave them a review, talked with someone from Cust service and was assured that they heard what I was saying and that there was going to be a new manager and to give them another chance. Glad I did. The server Skye was wonderful and the food was good again. Thanks for "Being better"
