Overall, food was decent and takeout order was ready pretty close to scheduled time. I was disappointed when I got to eating my chicken sandwich and found that the “sauce on the side” was totally missing and another of the best ingredients (Parmesan crisps) were also missing. A bit more attention to the details of the order would be appreciated in the future. Sandwich was pretty bland.

It's not too busy unlike some fast casual chain restaurants out there which means you focus and get some work done. The food is exactly the same as any other Panera bread location. The staff members are friendly and they do a great job.

Riley was incredibly helpful and kind today when I was having issues with the mobile app/my refund balance being deducted incorrectly. Instead of getting angry or saying she couldn’t help, she was patient and resolved my issue, even though she was being pulled multiple different directions. Thank you!

Not a fan of the self serve system. Corporate needs a better process, its not intuitive or to revert to personal service

My car was having problems. Instead of saying, "Stay outside, they were more then gracious. I will come back under better circumstances. The store was very clean, only down since it was my first time. I did not know the pick spot was a different spot than where you ordered the staff was was very pleasant

There's no one to wait on you. I don't believe that I will stop there again no matter how good their food is. Tables were not clean no one was out in the area where we were eating.
