Ate here on our way to Kings Island. The food was really good, and the price was low. I am super happy with our experience at the restaurant in Mason, OH.

Long story, I placed my order online to be delivered to work. Around the time of expected delivery I got an email saying my order was cancelled. I called and spoke with the GM and he informed me that my order was there and the dasher cancelled. He said he would contact doordash for a new driver and apologized. He did get another driver and the order was sent out. I am located maybe a 5 minute drive from the location. I called back after 30 minutes when I still had not received my order. Again I spoke with the GM and he apologized profusely and offered to refund my order. I asked him if they could just remake it and I could come get it. He had it remade and it was nice and fresh when I got there to pick it up. The whole time this was going on I got 2 more emails of the order being cancelled and a text from doordash saying the dasher reported the order was canceled at the restaurant. However the dasher showed up after 2 hours with my original order. All this to say the GM (I wish I could remember his name) and the girl working the carryout were wonderful and helpful and I 100% appreciate that and for them
remaking my order.

Great atmosphere! Really nice server! It gets packed but the food is sooo good! They are really kind there and plenty to buy at the store!

Who dosent love the peg game. Our party accidentally had a spill with some drinks that got on the waiters cloths. She was super kind and understanding. Food has improved from last time I visited.

I ended up coming here for Thanksgiving at the last minute with my family, and even though we came close to closing time, the staff was incredibly accommodating and did not make us feel rushed. The service was exceptional, and staff members were kind and friendly. I would have loved to have more vegan and gluten free options, but overall it was a good experience.

My partner and I came here as a stop on our road trip down to Louisville, KY. Kim was an excellent server, recommending things and keeping a good conversation. Cannot say enough good things about her, except she should get a raise! Food was amazing, exactly what we needed after driving for a while! We will definitely be trying to stop by here on our way back up.

Went to breakfast here before going to Kings Island. There were 5 of us. Our food took longer than expected, but there were 2 large groups seated before us, so we were aware that it might take longer. I ordered this hash brown casserole skillet. It was tasty and very filling. Everyone enjoyed their food. Service from our server was okay. She did what she needed to do, but wasn't super attentive or friendly. Wasn't bad, but wasn't good either. Maybe it was an off day for her. Restaurant isn't the easiest to get to, but right off the Interstate. I wouldn't hesitate to come back to this Cracker Barrel.

A little hard to get to (marked at the street to turn in though) but man, once you do! The older male host, served eight years Marines, but I didn't get his name was wonderful, even pulled out my chair for me! Our server was very attentive with prompt refills, and the food was very yummy and filling. This Cracker Barrel is an excellent example of one!

We were seated almost immediately. Our server was incredibly nice and checked on us several times, refilling our drinks when needed. The food was delicious. The only complaint I have is the wait time for the food. We waited about 30 minutes after we ordered before our food was ready and this was Monday morning when there weren't a lot of other customers.

I had the Maple Bacon Grilled Chicken meal. The flavors are hard to beat. The portion is a good size and I feel the price is fair. The service was not great. The server seemed annoyed that she had to go to a table that had people sitting at it. Ours was no exception. I'll definitely go back dut will think about asking to be seated in a different servers section.
