Love DD . Get the sausage egg cheese on an English muffin with a large hot coffee most of the time. Love ice coffee also.

Never , ever , ever make my coffee right no matter how many time I say it or try to work it out with them . So sick of wasting 5 bucks for frozen milk . Ask for a carmel frozen coffee bet I will get a cup of frozen milk. I live like 2 min from this 1 but I travel 20 min away now just so I can go to a dunkin that will make my coffee right!! They need to just train they staff better or something because that's rediocoulus 😒 if I could give 0 stars I would.

The Chittenango dunkin I've been to twice. Both times I've had my order come out either wrong or /nothing/ like the other dunkins I go to. Idk how they get it so wrong, but I won't be coming back.

A 20 minute wait to pick up my order because your lobby is closed and cars are backed up out onto the road? That defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. This is a joke. The wait times for service keep getting longer. The food was cold and the iced drink was melted. Come on corporate, get your act together.
