Poor time management causing line to back up and huge lapse in customer service. However, the beef supreme chalupa was excellent; fresh. And I just LOVE the "breakfast sauce"!

What can you say? Great snack food.
Americanized Mexican menu.
It isn't the same as the old days, where
you could treat your friends to lunch on a dollar, or
get a real burrito sized burrito, but it is tasty and fast.

Every time I go here it's super slow. Today really takea the cake. Drive through had many cars as usual and the line wasn't moving. So I decided to park and go inside. I waited 5 minutes before some even acknowledged I was there and then another 5 minutes before they said they would be with me shortly. I counted at least 5 people on duty at the time and they were all moving so ridiculously slow, leaving the front registers unattended. Never again.

Just got a power bowl about 10 minutes ago. I feel like a portion of chicken this small is a crime. I am pretty sure that they gave me less then half of the normal serving of beans and chicken.

They're always very very busy with online orders. With that being said, make sure you have at least an hour or so if you're going to go through the drive-through. After 10pm.
It is the only 24 hour Taco Bell in Chico.

This place had no humans taking orders.You are supposed to walk in,see a sign that says "Taking automated orders only"and then use a computer screen to order.No cash accepted.What if the person can't read? When I asked "Excuse me,can I get some help?"I was told "Sorry, we're not allowed to."Are you serious right now?We left and went to a normal Taco Bell instead.

Terrible experience. Chicken quesadilla was served with the wrong sauce, service was terrible, we paid for items we didn't receive, and the wait time was unreasonable.
I wouldn't suggest spending your money here.

Waited 30+ minutes for my order, just for it to be wrong. I usually give the workers there the benefit of the doubt since i've worked in the food industry and it can be frustrating. But if they are going to take at least 30+ minutes, at least get the order right. Especially if i'm spending $20+ Definitely won't be going back anytime soon. (Around 10 p.m. is when i ordered)
