Really good food but had drive through problems three times and didn't discover it until we got home. Told them about it and they stood good on it. Just makes me wonder how often it happens to others. Best suggestion is check your order. You get what you inspect, not what you expect

I've never been here before. Probably won't be back anytime soon. Nearly $25 for two pretty sad looking sandwiches. (One was kids meal.) I'm not sure if I ordered the wrong things or what... But I definitely don't see the appeal of Panera Bread. All the available (COVID distancing) tables were dirty so I had to track down some napkins and clean off the crumbs from someone else's lunch. Food tasted fine. Employees were nice.

I am a third party delivery driver that accepts deliveries from this restaurant. This restaurant deserves “Five Stars” because their staff is friendly and helpful. They work diligently on making all orders. Some restaurants push delivery orders to the back giving “carry out and dine in” priority, those restaurants I avoid. I wish I could deliver for this Panera Bread full time.

Every time I go to Panera, I can count on having a nice experience. The food is always consistently delicious, the staff are really nice, and it's a good environment. I especially appreciate Colleen's cheerful personality in the mornings, she sets my days off to a great start!

Food was good. Service was awful. Floor was sticky every where. Asked for a table to be wiped down and after 10 minutes we went to the bathroom to get a wet paper towel and do it ourself.

Asked for a brrad bowl with broccoli cheese soup. Got home and all I had was the soup. Went back for the bread and was attempted to be charged. Once they have ne my bread I paid for I went home to rock hard bread. So hard I dinged it in the table and it wouldn't even budge. It was awful. Have not went again and I don't plan on it. Not the quality I'm used to at all.

Wonderful breakfast. We had fruit oatmeal, chipotle chicken avocado egg wrap and the bacon avocado souffle with orange cranberry muffins and pecan and cups of hazelnut coffee. Great drive through service and the food was delicious. I'd share photos but the food didn't last long enough!

I'm a big fan of this Panera! There's a quality crew with wonderful attitudes, delicious food and a lovely ambience. Thumbs up.
