Ruby Tuesday

I liked the food which consisted of a Swiss burger and salad bar. The burger was good and the salad bar fresh. The only downside was that the place itself had a bad odor which may be coming up from the carpets or the the towels they clean the tables with. But whichever it is they really need to address this issue that's why the 3 stars it's really not very appetizing.

The quality and service at this location has gone from bad to worse. They seem to be having trouble in the kitchen getting the orders out in a timely manner. As far a quality, if overcooked steaks and instant watery mashed potatoes are your thing. You'll love this joint. Update...after being offered a $25 credit from the corporate office, I tried the location at 15 and Vandyke. Sadly, the quality of the food is no better there. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere and enjoy a good meal.

I've never had a bad experience at ruby Tuesday until this time. We had a party of 13. When we walked in & gave our group total both girls at the front made a big deal because they had to get something ready. We knew that & we had no problem with that. Our waiter brought wrong drinks & the pizza ordered for the kids was still frozen in the middle. We had to get someone's attention if we wanted anything like extra napkins & refills. I was very disappointed because I've never experienced this type of service here before
