Bojangles

Katie D. Did and outstanding job preparing for me the Family variety feast, everything was excellent and well packaged. Also her staff did a awesome job assisting her also. This is my favorite BoJangles and I purchase a meal weekly at this location. I’m also in love with the BBQ sandwiches I purchase them all the time, nice and meaty!

Everyone needs to be fired, close it down and just start over. About a month ago I went my Cajun filet biscuits were rock hard after a 15 minutes wait. Tried again today. Asked for a Chicken Club. Opened it up and it’s just the chicken, a slice of tomato and mayo. The bacon, lettuce and cheese were no where to be found.

The person who took my drive thru order was very unprofessional and rude. I usually never do reviews but something has to be said. The owner will not want this person (Shanicka) managing this business. Im always very pleasant with everyone. I say hello, please and thank you always, everywhere. When I drove up to pay she just rudely looked at me and didnt say anything. After a moment I just handed her my card. After getting my food I thanked her again and no response. She looked at me with an eyeroll. Unbelievable, because Ive never seen her before and did nothing. I called after to ask for the manager. She told me she was the manager and "the name is on your ticket!" Rude! Before I made it home she called my phone twice. Was that guilt? Someone needs to have a talk with her.

The last two times I went to this Bojangles I used the drive thru. Each time they left items out of my order. The first time I was able to return and get the missing items, today I was not able to return. My boys got their food but I did not. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING THE WINDOW! LESSON LEARNED.

They need to get people who want to do their job. We stood in the store at 8:30, they had already cleaned up the fix'n area (an hour and a half before closing time), waiting for someone to take our order. When she finally came to take the order she was not happy. Then we get home and instead of two thighs and a leg, the three piece dinner had two legs and a thigh. I don't go there often, and probably won't go back for a long time to come.
