My panko fish sandwich was amazing! Tried for first time and loved it! Had to wait 4 mins to cook since I requested hot, plain ones. Was a bit skeptical because Hardee's specializes in chicken, plus I don't traditionally do fast food much any more. The 2/$5 price point was good, too. Shared with family. The tenders was good, too. Had to change the Diet Dr. Pepper for a different flavor, but clerk was nice about assisting.

They are showing being open at 5am. That is a huge lie. I wish this place would permanently close. I'm sorry but this restaurant is very busy with the slowest service. They are rushing to keep up. I've gotten the wrong item. Or the sandwich is falling apart. And the biscuit fall apart when trying to eat it. I keep going to this one because it is so close. But I'm over the lack of employees wanting to be there and to work. You feel the attitude when being waited on. Very fustrating.

It's a good place to go unfortunately us people who walk can't always go inside to get our food due to not enough employees to manage the front😞 a lot of us don't have a car, it's unfortunate and they are loosing money and customers and we the customer aren't getting food to feed our families, have to find other options when we want to eat out.

Would not recommend visiting this location. The service is super slow and I understand that because of covid. The workers aren't that friendly. They will just look at you and keep it moving. Also my fries were put into a plastic cup.

Literally the worst Hardee’s I have ever been to. In fact I will never go to another Hardee’s because of my experience with this location. I ordered a burger and some chicken tenders, and it took 20 minutes. When I went inside to figure out what was taking my meal so long, the person preparing the food yelled at me from the back! Obviously I took umbrage and responded with an equally aggressive tone, when the person from the back came to the front and told me to calm down. If you are ever in the South Norfolk area, avoid the Hardee’s on Bainbridge at all costs. The fast food is not fast, and the service is juvenile.

I,m going to give 5 stars,the Lady that waited on me was pretty awesome, and I usually don't give fast food restaurant employees very high remarks. I usually encounter people who don't speak, when they get ready to take your order and they act like they don't want to be there, but she was totally the opposite made sure everything I ordered was hot and fresh made to order. She was truly professional and customer service oriented.

I stop here every Thursday to get my lunch for Friday and today green beans look like this. What happen?

So I just left the one on Bainbridge and when I say I’m very disappointed I order the 12 piece chicken meal it came with 6 biscuits and 3 sides the chicken wasn’t done all the way I had to put it in the oven and 3 out of 6 biscuits was completely doughy in the middle and the fries was dry and hard. This was a horrible first time experience horrible and distasteful
