Burger was delicious couldn't finish it because I added the salad bar which on its own is a meal, staff was also friendly and attentive.

Very friendly staff. Wasn't a fan of the employees throwing each other under the bus. My dinner was not delivered as I had ordered it. Both the manager and server felt they had to let me know my server did not mess up my request that it was the kitchen. No ultimately the server messed up by not catching the mistake before setting it in front of me.

Staff was very friendly, salad bar was great.
The whole restaurant needs an upgrade/deep clean. That's the reason for 3 Starz. The carpet was old and shredded/and sticky. My shoes stuck to the floor with each step.
The booths and walls had old food stuck to them. The place smells old, like mildew/whatever they're cooking. Which made it hard to eat because the smell was overbearing.
I wish corporate would give this place a remodel. It could be really great with the atmosphere boosted.

I don't normally say anything bad about a place. However, I will not be returning to this ruby Tuesday's. When we tried to order there were a lot of things that were not available that were on the menu. I understand, we ordered other things and we were informed about some of the things we ordered, " That will be an extra charge" which is fine even though I can see that on the menu. I became a little frustrated after the 3rd or 4th time the waitress told us this about different items. The food was ok. Not the best we have ever had. The waitress was very attentive, to her other customers. We however had to keep stopping other works to ask for thinks like refills and even the check. The waitress did manage to stand there over my shoulder after someone else brought us to go plates while we were getting ready to leave and pay, that is until I handed her the money and waved her away. I was very upset with the way we were treated there and the fact that at least our waitress seemed to be in the mindset that we could not afford to eat there.

I eat at Ruby Tuesday regularly and generally get one of two meals so I know how it should be served. I got the chicken broccoli pasta which is supposed to have a Parmesan cream sauce and it didn’t it just had a little bit of melted Parmesan cheese. I ordered it because they did not have any sirloin‘s which would have been my preference today. I am very disappointed because I was looking forward to coming home and having this meal. Ruby Tuesday is hit or miss one day you’ll get an excellent meal at the next day you’ll get a bad one. I hate throwing money away. I don’t mind paying for something as long as it is good.

We ordered burgers well done they came back with the burgers TWICE NOT COOKED ALL THE WAY!! No apologies just I will take it off your bill. A plain and simple thank you would go a long way. Also we waited over 30 mins for our food and not once did the waiter ask how was the food or could I get anything or ask for a refill. Bad employees they deserve 0start April 7th, 2022

Food was okay but there were missing ingredients in my expensive dish. Service was awful. Went on a Sunday at noon. We were sat immediately, but we waited about 5+ minutes before a server to show up to take our orders, and then another 10 minutes for our drinks. Food came out a few minutes later. I should mention it was dead and there were plenty of servers.

Ribs tender and flavorful. Salad bar fresh and plentiful. Drinks always refilled. Bread could be improved but overall excellent.
