Applebee's

Applebee's was not crowded. Me and my husband arrived around 3 in the evening. There was about nine or ten people in there. We were immediately seated but waited for our waiter. When he came our drinks came quickly and so did our meal. The food was good the service could have been better. Considering there was nine people and this included the staff. Our waiting for our waiter was not their best. Some of the staff had on masks while others didn't. It was an interesting experience.

I can’t remember ever having bad service here. Our server, Ashley, was exceptional last night. Even when we messed up their closing time (we thought 11, but it was 10), we rushed through our dinner and ended up taking it to go and the staff was still very professional and attentive. It’s our top restaurant for a quick bite.

The service was absolutely spot on! Our waitress did everything and everything she could for the experience to be great and awesome. However the food was something else to be able to say that with. Having the riblet plate unless you want to get sick and feel bad after a couple hours of eating then go ahead and try it. Because I could not get past 3 hours after eating the riblets that it caused so much issues with my stomach and made me sick and it even went into the next day.

Everything was absolutely horrible. We walked in, I don’t even think the host knew where he was at. Our server finally came to take our order, we ordered wings as a appetizer. We got our drinks and napkins after we Had waited until the food was going to get cold. The appetizer was really good. The steak dinner was absolutely terrible, my steak was supposed to be medium, It was rare. The mashed potatoes were like they were poured straight out of the box onto my plate, the broccoli tasted frozen with cheap shredded cheese on it. The server dropped our drinks off and the next time we saw her was when she was bringing our check even though she clearly saw I hadn’t hardly touched my food (she walked by us several times). I really hated to complain and I really hated to say something, and when the little girl dropped my take it off and I apologized and told her that I needed to speak to her manager she just turned and walked away. It was absolutely an all-around horrible experience I don’t even think I will go to a Applebee’s at a different location.

I LOVE THIS APPLEBEE'S!! Food is ALWAYS AMAZING, everyone is so welcoming and friendly, and service is ALWAYS on point!! Gary B. Did an awesome job making sure my aunt and I were COMPLETELY satisfied and wanted for nothing!! He anticipated our needs, was SUPER friendly!! He and Gwen are the only ones we ever want serving us!! Gwen is awesome as well, always making us feel at home!! She's always working hard to make sure we are COMPLETELY taken care of and have what we need before we need it!!! These 2 All Stars are the BEST!!! Management, if you see this, raises are in order!!!
