Attention management. You have 1 week from today. September 10, 2023. If you don't install proper manual water faucet that can have users choose hot water to wash hands. Fairfax county health department will be contacted. Grow up and stop installing toys. The motion sensor faucet doesn't bring hot water to wash hands which is against the law. And I'm fed up with those toys

Dunkin', now known as Dunkin' Donuts, offers a reliable selection of coffee and baked goods. Their menu caters to a wide range of tastes, from traditional donuts to breakfast sandwiches. While the coffee is generally well-liked, some find it a bit weak or lacking in complexity. The convenience of drive-thru options and numerous locations is a plus, making it a convenient stop for a quick bite or caffeine fix.

I was trying to find a snack for my wife and me today. I saw a Dunkin place and decided to give it a try. The cashier, Mario, was a very gentle and kind man. He helped us with our choice of food we were looking for. He was very patient and made some changes to our sandwiches. Mario is a great asset to this Dunkin.

I ordered a hazelnut macchiato not knowing the swirl flavor had been discontinued. I was given a macchiato with the shot version, not the sweet swirl flavor. It was disgusting. I went back in where they let me know the swirl had been discontinued and offered to make me a new drink with a different flavor and even gave me a bigger size!

Waited 3 hours at Patient First across the street and decided to stop here before my number is up. The employee at the register didn't understand that I wanted soymilk in the Chai latte. Another employee came to help and they don't have soymilk, but do have almond milk. I asked for 2 Boston cream in 1 bag and 1 Boston cream in a separate bag. She confirmed when putting the donuts in the bags and got it right. I can't tell if she is fluent in English. She didn't speak much. At least my order was correct. The Chai latte tasted very light. Starbucks is much better, and the second milk that Starbucks uses has more almond flavor. The latte wasn't filled closer to the top like Starbucks. I'm ok with that but if you expect them to top it, you could try to ask them. I only go to DD when Starbucks is not near. I got drinks from DD at work 2-3 times and including this trip, I am not impressed with their drinks. Starbucks is much better. The Krispy Kreme donuts are better too.

My go-to location! Been coming here 3-5 times a week because they get it right every time! Maybe got my drink too sweet once, that’s it. It’s surprising to see bed reviews about long waits and bad service because as somebody who actually comes here *all* the time I’ve only had good experiences. I did see that the drive thru line was long (~10 cars) when I went during a morning rush, but I just…went inside lol it was empty and I was outta there within a minute, the barista even joked that people are scared to come in it seems. Same lazy people that left bad reviews about a long drive thru wait lol yeah right! Always friendly and make decent coffee, more than I could ask for.
