I showed up for an interview, asked for the manager on duty. The guy helping me was very hesitant on that request like he didn't want to. As I waited patiently for over 5 min he came around a different corner with what looked like a manager stared me down then he came back to tell me they weren't expecting me. I never talked to or saw a manager.

Sandwich was good but the fries tasted like they've been out too long, frozen, then reheated.

$ 9.50 for a chicken salad sandwich and a medium ice tea. No ice in the tea and 2!!! Tiny pieces of chicken in the sandwich. Tried to call there, no one answers. Close it up its awful

I just left this Arby's without being able to get my roast beef sandwich. Why you ask? Because they didn't have the meats. Literally. They said they didn't have roast beef because the slicer wasn't available yet. I wish I was joking.

Said they were closed. Still had another 1.25 hours until closing time but they were done for the day. The PJ Fresh was all closed up also. Hungry truck driver settled for the hot dogs.

Just stopped here for some lunch and the guy working the counter who took our order had top notch customer service. He was very nice and made sure we had a good meal and good time. He was very comical and joking with us which was a great way to engage with customers. Give that man raise!

These guys are short staffed like everyone else. There was 3 people and all were friendly and smiling and letting people in line know how backed up there were!! It was great service. Thank you i could not do your job with the jerks in line!!!
