It seem like forever to get my food. And sent I have Had issues with cold hamburger before there . I checked. Tried it get a warmer hamburger. They said they would. I got my new hamburger. But it was just as cold as the last one. I not they even came me a new one. I think they just gave me back the the one I complained about. Not going back to this location again.

When we arrived, 3 or 4 employees were sitting in the dining room talking. No customers. They got up to work when we walked in. The guy that took our order was nice enough, but another guy stood next to him the whole time talking, his pants halfway down his butt. EEs came and sat in the dining room while we were eating. Very unprofessional. And somebody was sleeping in a back booth. Don't know if it was an employee or a homeless person. This wasn't the Wendy's I know and love.

I've been here several times because it's closest to home and they have literally never gotten an order correct, even after you tell them your order multiple times, and they are often incredibly rude when you ask for your actual order. Brain dead employees. Go to the Wendy's on Edgewood road, the extra drive is worth your time.

Whoever was just the crew manager at 3pm on Saturday March 26 was shocking. I asked for a triple stack baconator (something I’ve ordered at literally every other Wendy’s in CR) & got back “uhhhh we don’t do that”. When I asked very nicely if I could get a double stack with another patty, he left the mic for about 5 mins before coming back to tell me to pull around. I didn’t even finish my order. Thanks for giving me a kid’s hamburger instead of what I asked for! Oh & leaving out my reciept so I can’t write in a survey about you is a really nice move! Appreciate it!

33rd Ave location. Food was cold and salty, like your Grandma during Thanksgiving dinner with your rude uncle. Went inside to get food to take away. Floor was tacky and the interior of the restaurant unkempt.

The food was cold, the fries the worst like they had been sitting a while. We asked for tomatoes and lettuce on sandwich we would pay for extra , only put on one cold sandwich with cold bun. They didn't have frosty or chilli. And this food we had to wait for.

Worst service I’ve ever seen. Fire all the SOS’s and management. Hell close the store down. If service is that bad I have no idea the level of cleanliness.

I guess this is somewhat my ignorance of late night ordering during a pandemic. But, I checked online to make sure they were open, I get there to be told they are only allowing online orders. So I pull out of line, download their app, order, get back in line with the thought of hot, salty, tasty fries.... the fries were terrible. Cold, dry and so very not salty. The burger redeemed the whole experience. It was just what I needed!
