The food was better than the taco bell across the street from Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City( we were there last week for a PRIMUS show) but a bag of rat droppings would have been better than that! We had to just throw it all away after a couple bites!( just terrible)! Cedar Rapids was better but they don't know how to wrap a taco or bag them! $200 to detail my ride. They were open in the bag and most of it was all in 1 end and ended up on my upholstery!

If I could give 0 stars I would...waited for a eternity(I get it not many employees so it's going to be a wait) order a bunch of soft shell tacos. Instead got hard shell tacos with no lettuce or cheese but shell and meat. Turns out the hard shell tacos I got instead of the soft shells were super super soggy so I couldn't even eat it like a regular taco cause the bottom of them blew out spilling everywhere or it was sticking to the wrapper and fell apart. I ended up having to put them all on a plate and pretty much make a walking taco with just meat and shell lol. I wouldn't recommend this location or even any at all.

We had to wait in the drive thru for 18 minutes to order. There was one car at the window and one at the order board.
We ordered 3 hard shell tacos and went to the window. We paid and waited 7 minutes to get the order. There were 4 people working that we saw. Won't go back

Consistently makes mistakes, I've forced them to remake my last 5 orders. The line is always atrocious and they can't stay open as late as other Taco Bells because they pay poverty wages and can't retain talent, the owner/manager is also the psycho 'no phones at work' type.

Their credit card terminal was down, so we were stuck in line behind 4 people and couldn't get out of the drive thru. What would have been better was to post a sign at the entrance to the drive through, so you don't trap cars in the drive thru.

Absolutely worse experience I have ever had at a taco bell I order a beef chupla and got chicken the bread was extremely hard im very disappointed

I hate leaving but every time I come here I never get my full order and the only way to get a refund or etc Is to drive back and wait in the drive. Super disappointing and I find myself only coming back every few months because of it.
