Mcdonald's

I'm fairly sure I have never given a glowing review to a fast food restaurant, but this visit was awesome. When I arrived at the drive thru speaker, the cashier needed a moment to do something else and apologized very kindly both at the beggining and end of a mere 30 second delay. When I misread my order on the viewscreen, thinking something was missing and inquired about it, they were incredibly friendly in assuring me it was added and even eased the situation with a little humor. They were exemplary, and if I see them again, I will make sure to add their name to this review. It was also 8:15 at night, but my food was ready immediately, and steaming hot. Coming off a horrible experience at Burger King the night before, waiting 15 min for one car's order in the drive-thru, with not even an acknowledgement of the delay, as well as a long day at work with an hour commute today, this legitimately turned my mood happy and made my night. You have earned a new regular customer, and I will definitely now always choose this location over any other and certainly over the Burger King in the same town. Thank you for a very pleasantly surprising experience.

We went late and the drive thru lone was long. I went inside and ordered. Got n I gets and fr I es plus a plain burger. Food cam out quickly and accurate. Only issue was tjst ordering kiosk.gave me a blank piece of paper for a recipt. Oh and they were out of apple pies . Food was as expected... goid for the category .lol

This McDonald's is a step above a lot of them. Let me tell you about my experiences here in this Catskill area so far. I went to the Ambrosia Diner where the older waitress spent her time stomping around and slamming things down complaining about working alone when there was a gentleman working alongside her working just as hard as her while she kept saying demeaning things about him, then on to the Price Chopper where it was dirty, the tomatoes we bought wound up having moldy ones in them and the cashier just not happy to be at work. THEN today this McDonald's, bathroom super clean, customer service outstanding! She acted like I was her friend come in to visit she was all smiles, light banter and they were QUICK. So quick. Thank you to their staff. I thought this area was cursed until I visited this McDonald's. That's how great the food, cleanliness and customer service was 😁
