I have had numerous times at this Burger King when my order has been wrong, either with what they put on my burger to forgetting parts of my order. Last night was my last straw. I ordered 3 plain bacon cheeseburgers and a quarter pound King /no onions. My quarter pound was a joke. Nothing on it at all and the bun was smashed and torn. Then when I try to call the phone to complain, it goes to voice-mail in which none has been set up. I was the ONLY customer there. IM DONE WITH BURGER KING!!!

So I ordered two shakes waited 20 minutes. One shake was a chocolate and it was literally vanilla with chocolate syrup in the bottom the syrup wasn't stirred in or nothing. The cups where sticky and had hair all over the outside. There was one other car in the drive thru. I don't see why it took twenty minutes for two shakes. I wont be going back to that burger King for awhile. Very disappointing.

Breakfast sandwich and tater tots were really good and hot this time. Inside seating was available at half of the regular seating tables. Only 7 tables. The children's play room was closed and blocked off.

West side Burger King was on point yesterday (11-22-21) I had a large order in the drive through and expected to get parked and wait for them to bring it out to me. I was surprised when that didn't happen and my order was ready within just a few minutes and was accurate ^^
Definitely visiting them again

Absolutely the worst service and experience. Food was cold, not even warm. When I went inside to request that hot food be prepared I received an attitude and the female employee walked away from me. Prep was taking so long in the redo that I called to the staff for a refund; the female employee turned her back on me and walked away. Second try was just as cold! I get that you work at a fast food chain, but you won’t go any further in life if you can’t do the little things well!
