I go to this location on my lunch breaks. Past experiences have differed, however today I had the pleasure of having Emily at the drive thru window. She was so kind and compassionate during our quick interaction. It is days like today that I am thankful for people that go out of their way to make someone smile. Thank you Emily!

Very poor customer service. I went during off-peak hours, when there were only a couple of people in the store. There was just one customer ahead of me in line chatting with the person behind the cashier. She kept chatting with him even though he’d already made his order and she could clearly see me in line. She completely ignored me, and kept talking with him even after his order was ready and he’d gotten it. There were other workers in the store, but no one bothered to use the other register to take my order. This was my first and last time at this location.

I love to give good reviews but I’ll count this one as positive criticism. I went in to grab my drink from a mobile and none of the employees acknowledged me. I looked over the counter, walked to my drinks and walked out and not a single word was said.

Every time I come to this location everyone is super friendly, they are fast and the coffee is always perfect! Only Starbucks that i can count on every single time to be great!

This is the best Starbucks in Cary! Everyone who works here is so nice and my order is always right. I go here almost every day for over a year now and never had a bad experience

This place is great, used to come here all the time to sit and draw. However recently it's just.. so filled with flies.. Like had flies dive into my drinks as they were being made, flies all over my food, crawling up my legs. its just so weird

Have always had a very good experience but had an exceptional experience on 8/13/2021. Friday morning and stopped to get a large traveler on my way to work. Service was prompt, crew member insisted on carrying it out to my car! Outstanding!
