Recently ordered a meatball sub.
The meatballs are now very small, and they only give a few. The amount of meat is minimal on everything. You can order extra meat for an extra charge. I cut the footlong in 4ths. And share.

I love Subway usually, but when you have a new person making your food without someone watching over to ensure the food comes out properly this is a problem. I started out in fast food and eventually worked in the food prep area. I would pride myself on making the food correctly and appealing. Please stay with your worker until they have had a chance to fully demonstrate their ability to make the food correctly.

Okay first of all, one of the workes was not wearing a mask!! What is the deal with that?! He's working with food!! He was in the area where the food was too, otherwise I wouldn't care as much if he was in the back. The little girl had an attitude with us since the moment she came out to help us. Bad customer service from the closing staff on 7/29. All 3 unprofessional.

They gave my online order away to a stranger without showing proof of purchase or anything then had me wait longer then expected to get my order re made again. This is horrible, who gives away someone’s order without making sure it’s you!

Owner preparing food without hair net or hat. Hair hanging over food. Not healthy especially with the virus lurking around. Not similar issues but a health concern.
