Today I ordered 4 whoppers and we had to wait awhile for the order thinking that 4 would take a bit longer, didn’t think we waited just to have the buns totally burnt on both sides. Just plain sickening, we tried to cut off the burnt portions but that left us with no bun and still could taste the nasty burn. Did not take back cause I was too angry and my time and gas is expensive. Threw it all in the trash, thank you Burger King for living up to your reputation-no worries I will not go back and will certainly share my experience

I go there frequently, most days of the week, one of the employees, James is his name, is absolutely amazing, he always brings a smile to my face! My order is always taken correctly when it's him. 10/10 recommend going there if you're going to any burger king!

Ordered from the very slow BK app. Showed up less than 10 minutes later, the food was ready to go, I had condiments, napkins and the employees were incredibly nice.
Lady with pretty flower arm tattoos and the gentleman had a beard hair net which I think is fantastic.

Came here for breakfast one morning before we went shopping. Ordered the two for six breakfast croissants with bacon and sausage. They were good and we had them with a couple of small fountain drinks. The only drawback was the homeless man laying near the Disabled parking slot. Had to park elsewhere because I knew I couldn't walk pass him with my cane.

This has got to be ,by far, the worst fast food place in the country! The employees do more standing around and talking than anything else and when they DO work it's as though it was their first day with zero training. I few weeks ago I told the lady at the drive through that someone had pooped just before the window and that it stunk really bad, it never was cleaned up, it just dried itself away.

I love Burger King, and this is one of the last ones still open in my part of Sacramento County. I'd love to give it 5-Stars because the food here is still freshly made and always tasty!
Unfortunately, BK Corporate seems to think that their meals should up-priced and that is a problem for me. They lose a star for their greed.
Also, they think it is ok to close the lobby in the middle of a weekday. I drive almost 10 miles today to get here only to find this notice.
I will NOT be utilizing their drive thru. Why should I give them my hard earned money when they don't respect their paying customers enough to retain a full day crew?

Shorted one order of fries. Cashier didn't get my order correct at the drive thru board. So I added one burger at the window and they still missed one fries and would've forgotten my drinks if I didn't say anything. The cashier was very nice just not prepared to put orders together.

It's ok. Homeless people pitching tents nearby so I wouldn't feel comfortable if my woman walked in. Even the drive through has a Homeless site next to the drive thru. Food is meh... one out of 10 times my fries were fresh and crispy. But I have an air fryer so I just rehest it for a few min and it's ok.
