I had a horrible experience here. When I walked in there was hardly and rice or chow mien left and even the entrees were on their last scoop. It was obvious the food had been sitting for a while. I was willing to wait for fresh food and the manager lizet was very rude about it. She did not want to help or accommodate. It was astonishing they were trying to serve the food like that. She rolled her eyes when I asked to wait for the new batch. I expect better service from a manager especially when the food did not look fresh at all. Never coming here again. It’s better to drive a little further to a different panda

Filled orders for four fussy teens to perfection with confidence and care. Thought all was good, counter personal explained one entree was a bit short. They would only charge bowl price. Very fair in there dealings. Food quality was excellent.

Yet another racist place that only hiers people who speak Spanish not 1 true American . I have nothing against people who speak Spanish but they have NO real customer service with a welcoming smile or friendliness to want to go back there at all. They don't really listen to what you really want. I wanted fresh walnut shrimp not the last 5 peaces that were there all day dried up. But they gave them to me anyway. I even askedvfor a discount and got nothing. Terrible CS.

Perhaps we just came at a bad time, however on our visit there were a lot of missing selections.
Surely they should have a rough idea that things get a touch busy around lunch time.
From the very few options left remaining, the food was alright.

Good food. Everything coated with same sweet goo. I came back and really tried to enjoy food. Didn't happen.

The manager “Victoria” was really rude!! The restaurant was not busy at all!! and she was in a hurry, didn’t give my parents a time to choose what they wanted. She didn’t let me and my family eat inside and nobody was inside. She didn’t give me a good explanation why she kicked us to eat outside and it’s freezing outside I had kids with me.
Can’t believe people like this works as managers. Please!!! Do something. She can’t be treating costumers like that.

Horrible attitude of lady at register! Asked for bathroom code to wash hands and she yelled out, “the bathroom is for guests only”. I was going to eat there but with that poor customer service I decided to let her know I was not. She yelled at me that I used the restroom. Wow, no customer service or common sense.
