OMG the manager Ashley has HORRIBLE ATTITUDE SHE WAS NASTY VERY VERY POOR SERVICE ABILITY. SHE MUST HAVE PERSONAL ISSUES TO TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH SUCH HOSTILITY. GENERAL MANAGER BETH WOULDN'T EVEN RETURN MY PHONE CALL REGARDING THE BEHAVIOR OF HER WHO REPRESENTS THE KFC BRAND. IT'S GONE TO THE SLUMS. SAVE YOUR MONEY NEVER PATRON THIS KFC ESPECIALLY IF YOUR AGAINST RACISM....

Chicken wings were so delicious, but tenders were a little bit dry

Worst experience in my life. It was a online order at Cleveland avenue KFC they wouldn't let us customize online so we called 7 times to get ahold of them and it kept ringing off the hook we arived early and sat in line for 25 minutes it wasn't even pick up time by the time we talked to them and they said our food was already made and had no time to redo it we explained that we had called 7 times and they still said they just didn't have any time to remake it after that my wife was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service to only get a 50% refund

If I can give no stars at all, I would. Came by here to order in-store and we were standing there for over 5-10min and no one would even attend to us. There were just looking at us and they'd rather focus on the drive-thru customers only. Very rude and awful experience. Avoid at all costs. Just look for another branch that knows great customer service!

Tried the Beyond Chicken for the first time and I was very disappointed ☹️. It was dry and not freshly prepared and the fries were cold. I will never order there again unless it's fixed fresh..👎

This particular location is great. But the employees play around too much. Instead of getting your food to you quickly. But the place is clean. And the food does come out hot and good
