First time visit, it was awesome. The way they make the sandwiches... unique! Clean facility, nice staff, delicious and big sandwich.

I was there the other day, there was a couple of people inside but it didn't matter. Guy took my order, sliced the meat and made it the way I wanted it, in just a few minutes. Fresh, good sandwich. Friendly staff, very clean, right on the trolley stop next to cronies

I got the Italian regular sized sub, and added bacon and their red pepper relish. The sandwich was amazing the combination between the flavors makes your mouth water just thinking about it. Defiently a must visit.

I picked up a cold cut sandwich a couple of months ago and brought it home. I always loved their sandwiches but this time the lettuce was old and soggy. I almost gagged. I was not able to eat it and I haven't been back since. I might try again sometime in the future. Hopefully the will have taken more care about the food they serve.

Labeled sandwiches incorrectly, did not follow customization orders, did not toast. I am pregnant and can not eat cold deli meats so it is important that that request is followed. I ended up having to microwave my sandwich, gross.

This jersey mikes is always slammed. Always. Ordered from them online several times and have never had an order fulfilled on time. If you order from here, allow at least 15-20min extra.

Ordered over the phone today around 7:30 pm (02/21/22) and had waited longer than was told and there was no one in the store either but the two young men were talking and disregarding my order. Not only that, they were both very rude and Im not too sure but i believe one of their names is brandon. Will not be coming here again. Ridiculous.

Only been here twice and had very unpleasant experiences both times with the same girl. Thought the first time was a fluke or bad day for her but clearly she’s consistently rude. Long story short, I was given a lot of attitude, and horrible customer service. Employees shouldn’t be having rude side conversations with each other right in front of the customer when you should be listening to how they want their sandwich prepared. Employees should also not be rude and nasty to fellow coworkers at anytime but especially not in front of a customer trying to order. And a food service employee definitely shouldn’t be slamming bread and food around and slapping ingredients sloppily onto a sandwich that someone is supposed to eat. And if a customer wants to cancel their order, They should be able to without being yelled at or questioned as They are walking out. I definitely will never return to this location; the service is subpar compared to the usual pleasant and friendly service I have received at other Jersey Mikes I have been to.
