Applebee's

We stopped in at around 10:30ish(pm) , it was pretty well empty, and was seated right away and where we asked to be , the hostess was pleasant. Our waitress was a sweetheart and very attentive. The wonton tacos were excellent, our meal was pretty good we had Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp with four cheese applewood bacon mac and cheese we also got, Bourbon Street steak with sauteed mushrooms and onions with garlic potatoes. Everything was great except the steak was very undercooked and my strawberry coconut margarita was very watered down and you could only taste the lime, We sent the steak back and they had already turned off their broiler and turned it back on for the steak to cook a while longer. But the state came back still undercooked, we told the waitress it was fine and we would finish cooking it at home. And that was fine with us since we came in so late to closing. Even the manager on duty was very pleasant.

I had an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING dining experience at this location! The atmosphere and staff is very friendly. I ordered the blackened salmon and it was cooked and seasoned to perfection! My waiter Kuriel pronounced corral was exceptional!! Good job to the crew members of this establishment! I'll be back soon!👑

My boyfriend and I waited 45 minutes without being waited on, no drinks and no orders taken. Many of the employees as well as the manager saw us sitting there and just ignored us. Eventually a super kind waiter named Kaleb came over and asked if we had been waited on yet. Even though it wasn’t his section, he took our order and checked on us. He even offered to pay for a portion of our meal out of his own paycheck. Thank you Kaleb for being such a great waiter! As far as the rest of the staff, work on your customer service.

I ordered from carside to go, says the food will be ready by 6:48. I got there at 6:53. I parked on the carside to go spots away from the building because there were no spots closer. I waited 30 mins before anyone came over. After they finally asked for my name she brings one drink and the food i ordered. When i tell her there's supposed to be 2 more drinks she has the audacity to tell me she only has two hands. Then brings my drinks out in a DRINK CARRIER so yeah two hands no brain. I gave them 2 stars because the food wasn't bad.

Our server Abby was the best part of this experience. The GM is absolutely rude and unprofessional. When asked for a toothpick his response was we are out as I am looking at an entire cup of them on the bar. After my husband grabbed one and told him we found them he had the cup removed. He brought our food out to try to save face but was unaware that we were waiting on our app still. When we told him his reply was rude....what one. As we hadn't been there before we said the big one. More rude comebacks. This is not how you act towards customers. The app was delicious as was our dessert. We took our entrees home. Hubby ordered the chicken broccoli Alfredo. Which kept him up all night vomiting.
