Kfc

I absolutely love KFC, when it is done right. I barely frequent this one because it's never consistent, or they run out the main thing... Chicken. However today I decided it has been a while since I had it, so I ordered online at close to 1 for a pick up at 2:15, especially as seeing online that they didn't close until 9. I paid for order and received an email stating that order was not only received but confirmed. I was almost into the parking the lot when I received a call from a young man, whom I assume is the manager telling me he had just received me order at 2 and they close at 2, however he didn't call me untill 2:15. Needless to say I was irritated he never told me why they were closing just that I could get my money back from the app, that I ordered it through. I ordered from KFC online, , he then went on to tell me he doesn't have any money there, and that his online ordering should've been turned off. Horrible customer service.
