I use the 7 Eleven app for payment. The cashier Habib did not know how to accept payment via the app and became belligerent when I told him to scan the QR code again. Habib scanned the QR code several time and had no clue as to what he was doing. Luckily, the other cashier stocking the shelves knew how to take payment via the app. Your franchisees should train their staff better and instill in them that they are in a customer service position.

Parking is easy, and staff moves you in and out pretty quickly. Because I live so close I have literally been here hundreds of times. They have a red Box in front. They cook the food pretty often so it's really fresh. It's always the same cashiers so they get to know you by your name

One time I went in purchase 3 refills and some taquitos. I also wanted some hot wings so I paid for the taquitos and refills and told him I wanted some wings. But was going to car for more money he said ok. When I came back had totally forgotten I had paid already for the refills and taquitos. And he wanted me to pay again. I remind him and he still said no. I told look I'm I'm a son of God I don't still. Call the police check your cameras. And I told him go check and when you see I paid you already you apologize to me. And I left I paid the wings and left a week later I returned hoping he had check his cameras . I told him I was right right. And he got very upset said some insulting words. That are not nice nore professional. And to this day I try to avoid this store unless I have no choice.

Regularly charge non sale prices. Also gave me the wrong taquitos (beef when I asked for chicken) after walking back and asking for the right ones, a rep told me to my face that the beef I was squeezing out of the taquito was chicken... Wow

They always charging wrong, even I told them my coffee is refilled but they charge me 1.69 same price and the funny thing is I show them my cup when I went inside the store this thing happened 3 time in 1 week so they think they are smart a.... Just be careful when you are going to pay.

I feel like they overcharge .most of the time they dont respect promotion and charge regular price and when told about the promo they will answer with not here other 7/11 not us so irritatting i always try my best to stay away from this place.
