I’ve been to other Panera Breads and they were fine… not sure what has gone so horribly wrong for this location. Understaffed, long lines, disgusting bathrooms. I also noticed that people post up with their computers and stay for HOURS while other paying customers are left to stand and wait for a table to open up.

I have meeting here almost every month. We tend to always stay until closing. The staff is soo great there, most places will kick you out if you don’t order things on a regular hourly basis. But they are very chill and very friendly, we always order way more that usual because we love this place. The staff is very nice and they give you a feeling like it’s home.

I arrived after the mall started closing down its stores. When I walked in, I noticed they were refilling their drinks with fresh lemonades--even at 9:30pm!! The woman (Maria) working the dining area was very attentive and friendly.

Been here two times now. Nice spot. Tried the Fiji salad and it was pretty good, everything tasted fresh. The ten vegetable soup was also pretty good and paired nicely with the fresh loaf of bread I got. Clean and quiet. Nice spot.

I used to love this place and all their food. They do have steep pricing, but it doesn't make for a clean place to eat. Half the time you have tables completely dirty and no employee in sight to clean it. A customer should not have to ask for a table to be cleaned. They are severely understaffed as the line to order is a snails crawl. There is never a smile in the place either. Is everyone here allergic to being happy and personable?

Love the food!!!healthy ,delectable sandwiches and salads, hearty soups and great iced tea and lemonade flavors! And their bread is amazing. Healthy portions too. Price wise it's a little more than i would like to spend for my lunch but I guess the quality of food makes up for it.

Been here many times now. Staff is very nice they also let you try the soups before ordering them if you don’t want to risk buying a soup you might not like. Never had a problem with the service.
