Zoner's

My family really wanted to try Zoners Pizza since this new location just opened up and it had great reviews. We were pretty exited to try it out. We ordered a taco pizza. Least to say, we were very disappointed when we had a bite of pizza. The order took more then we were told. Also, the pizza did not look as advertised. It mainly had a few jalapeños and some pieces of meat in the cheese. The dough tasted stale and was hard to chew- same goes for the bread sticks we got. The ingredients did not taste fresh or flavorful.

Excellent food and great service. Edited 3/19/19 Well, it was good.....was...the last 2 visits were highly disappointing. Called in a carry out and was told 30 minutes, got to the restaurant 35 minutes later and the order wasn't ready. Watched 3 other people get their dine in orders before us, two who ordered while we were waiting. Pizza was done 75 minutes after we ordered with no explanation. The pizza was not good. I was told that a credit would be put on my account for having to wait. Decided to give them another chance and called for another carry out. Of course there was no credit on my account. Got a call 10 minutes after placing the order to tell me they were out of Ham. Disappointing because we were hoping to have this as our go-to pizza place.

Pizza was decent but standard. Nothing exceptional. Service was an abomination. Had two teens running the counter that had zero business running a counter. Ordered a salad where 1) They ran out of iceberg lettuce at 6:45 2) Took them forever to make 3) Brought out AFTER the pizza and 4) Brought out a completely different salad than what I ordered and didn't get that it wasn't correct. They also staggered bringing my friends' orders out by about 10 minutes and we ended up with cold pizza after waiting. Additionally you'd think by looking at the place that it'd be a good place to watch games. You would be wrong. TVs were not working and they don't serve beer. Won't be back.

The service (although polite) was Slow! It took 20 minutes to get our drinks, and then I had to ask for them. We had to ask for refills every time there after. It took another 20 to 30 minutes for our food to come out and the order was incorrect. We had to wait another 20 minutes for them to make us the correct pizza. We didn't get the number of breadsticks we were supposed to so we had to ask for that too. They did let us keep the wrong pizza that was sent out. The food was good not great, but due to the mistakes and slowness this went from 3 stars to 2. There was another couple that was in there that same time as us that had a similar experience as we did. They commented on the slowness loud enough to each other that we heard them. I will try them one more time just in case this was a fluke, considering the rest of the reviews are contrary to mine.
