Asked for them to drop me fresh hot wings. Instead they dropped the ones they already had sitting in the warmer. Wings was drenched in oil. Took the wings back and employees thought it was funny. Manager didn’t say anything to the employees. Manager is unprofessional and employees need better training in customer service.

Order was wrong. Went back to get it corrected, and it was still wrong. By then my side was cold. The dining area is nice though.

Ordered food take out and got home with it and it was old dried up wings that looked disgusting. Got back in car for return and showed them to the counter help and she immediately said, I understand and took them to the manager and they replaced them. My thoughts are, why sell something that looks like trash in the first place to customers. Secondly, you would think that they would offer a coupon for a wing or bisquit for inconvenience.

The chicken was old very dry you can tell it had been reheated a couple of times. I didn't take it back only because of the weather. . I ended up feeding it to the dogs. What a waste of money. Then it was nothing but big pieces of chicken with really really dark crust.. that's why I know it was reheated so many times.

Hours of service is definitely the biggest plus for this place. Thankful to the tireless efforts of the staff who make it happen and goes unmentioned most of the time.

Terrible service! Delivery order was completely wrong. When I called the 2 closest stores to complain, neither store could find my order or my name. Never again.

I haven’t had KFC in maybe 10 years? Mariah took our order and told us she was gonna make us fresh tenders, I was extremely impressed with the quality and timeless of the service we received, I also highly suggest the mountain dew sweet lighting, it’s amazing! Great customer service and great food! Will return
